The PC Suite CD just sets up access to the PC through the WIFI  for MaxiSys to print from the network printer and installs the J2534 Drivers on your PC so the PC will recognizes the J2534 device when attached to a PC when using a OE program for flashing vehicle ECUs off a windows PC with a purchased subscription. I've always accessed the VCI manager App on my MS908P , and updated the VCI with the provided USB cable between  the Tablet and the Maxi Flash Elite VCI. You need to follow prompts and may need to turn blue tooth back on in settings and re pair  the Maxi Flash Elite back to the tablet again in VCI manager

You flashed vci with wrong file you need to call tech support will fix it via remote connection

 Same thing happened to mine. Used the CD in the box to install Autel Suite software. Figured there was a update to flash the VCI might as well knock that out since I just received it. Turns out they gave me a CD that was not the correct VCI software and it flashed my VCI into oblivion. My rep Curtis Hardin contacted tech support for me, they said the VCI is bricked and I'd have to send it it. So he sent me out a entire new unit, and I sent mine back to him.

If you got the small VCI-100 included in your kit (that some Dealers will include as a special to sweeten the deal)   you could connect and use the small illuminated VCI V-100  to get by with fine for most cars till you got your Maxi Flash Elite back.
