Same thing happened to mine. Used the CD in the box to install Autel Suite software. Figured there was a update to flash the VCI might as well knock that out since I just received it. Turns out they gave me a CD that was not the correct VCI software and it flashed my VCI into oblivion. My rep Curtis Hardin contacted tech support for me, they said the VCI is bricked and I'd have to send it it. So he sent me out a entire new unit, and I sent mine back to him.
